Marine Pump & Compressor Components (MPCC) is an independent manufacturer of replacement pump and compressor parts serving the marine and offshore industries. Established in the late 1980s, by ex sea serving marine engineers, our goal is to provide our customers with the best quality with competitive prices and the best delivery possible.

All parts are manufactured to a high standard using the best materials to suit your application. Computer aided design and production methods ensure correct fit and accurate tolerances at all times.

We can supply parts for many types of pump regardless of manufacture or country of origin, wear rings, impellers; complete rotating assemblies, pump casings and many more parts are all supplied by MPCC.

Quality

All MPCC products are 100% dimensionally inspected using equipment and techniques approved by BSI. Full certification is available, upon request, on all products we manufacture. Working to ISO 9000 standards, we give our customers trace ability and security.

When enquiring by O.E.M. part number, MPCC supply your needs by shipping from our stock or manufacturing the product using our drawings and patterns.

Our manufacturing capabilities include:

• Having patterns built where patterns are not currently available.
• Inspecting new patterns for dimensional accuracy.
• Producing castings when rough casting inventory is not available
• Precision machining the part to specifications
• Static and where required dynamic balancing impellers
• Inspecting the final product to assure our customers the best possible quality

• Onboard surveys of spares inventory
• Emergency manufacturing of parts in break down situations around the clock if need be.
