CRITICAL APPLICATIONS
Naval Marine
- With over 120,000 valves in service across 24 navies worldwide. Embedded within a submarine or surface ships ecosystem, our products protect, enable and empower the life of service men and women worldwide. Our valves have the high flow capability and quick shut off vital to the functioning of critical systems on board.
Nuclear
- We offer specialist component manufacture, including machining, fabrication, welding and assembly to nuclear partners, supporting nuclear fuel fabrication, reactor internals and support services. Top entry ball valves have been supplied to the nuclear sector for over 25 years, with nuclear valves installed on most of the UK nuclear fleet and as far afield as Sweden and Russia
Key Technologies
- Hull Valves – high quality range of hull insolation valves, including both end and top entry solutions, in a range of sizes and materials. Our base range of hull valves bodies are machines from a forged billet using Aluminium Bronze for the best performance under testing conditions.
- Top Entry Ball Valves – we have a proven history of service on submarines and in nuclear power stations. We offer a range of materials to suit different applications, with interchangeable seat materials.
- Hydraulic and Pneumatic Actuators – our bespoke actuators are precision-engineered, dependable and corrosion resistant. We offer double acting and spring returns models, which have proved their value in the most demanding environments.
Aftermarket Service
- Our through life support packages provide enhanced material availability through stock handling and expedited production to meet urgent emergent requirements. In house trained specialists are available to carry out on-board inspections and repair services. A streamlined strip, survey and repair service provides fully traceable repairs and testing to customer specifications.
